Give someone free tickets (comps and guest list)
There's no comp button yet. For now, give free tickets with a promo code that takes 100% off.
Give free tickets with a code
- Open your event, go to the Promo codes tab and tap Create code.
- Make a code of at least 6 characters, choose Percent, type 100, and under Applies to choose the ticket type you want.
- Under Limit total uses, type a number, for example 20 for 20 guests.
- Send the code to your guests. They check out with it and get their tickets by email like anyone else.
Each guest needs their own email address, and comps go through checkout, so the fan gets a normal ticket with a QR code.
Good to know
- Free tickets have no fee for you or the guest.
- Each person can get up to 10 free tickets per event in any 24 hours.
- Comp tickets count toward your ticket type's quantity, so leave room.
- To see who's coming, download the Guest list CSV for the event from Settings → Data and export.

A way to add names to a guest list and send them tickets without checkout. We'll update this article when it ships.
