Your attendee data is yours
You own the record of every buyer, order and attendee from your events. We look after it for you; we don't own it.
What that means
- You can download it whenever you like. Your customer list, every order and each event's guest list are in Settings → Data and export. See Download your customer list.
- We don't sell it. We don't sell, rent or share your attendee data with anyone for their own marketing.
- We don't market your fans to other organizers. Not to other organizers, and not for ourselves.
- We act as your data processor. We store and use the data to sell your tickets, run your door and send the emails fans need about their tickets.
What your team can see
- Owners and admins see full buyer details.
- Door staff see names and partly hidden email addresses, and never any money.
What fans can see
Fans see their own tickets and orders. They can't see other buyers.
Good to know
- When you use the list for your own marketing, you're responsible for having permission and for honouring unsubscribes.
- What you can export after closing your account hasn't been settled yet. Download what you need before you close it.
