Download your customer list
You can download everyone who has bought from you as a CSV file, any time. It opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
Who can download: owners and admins. Door staff can't.
From Customers
- Go to Customers. It lists everyone who has bought from you, grouped by email.
- Search if you only want some of them.
- Tap Export CSV. The file matches your search.
From Settings
Go to Settings → Data and export. You can download three files:

| Customers CSV | One row per buyer: name, email, orders, refunded orders, tickets, ticket spend, what the fan paid, refunds, first and last event, last purchase, currency |
| Orders CSV | One row per order: order ID, date, buyer email, event, tickets, total, currency, status |
| Guest list CSV | One event's guest list, for the door. Choose the event first |
Last exports shows who on your team downloaded what, and when.
Good to know
- Names appear only for buyers who have an account with us. Orders themselves carry an email, not a name.
- Downloads are rate-limited. If you hit the limit, wait and try again.
- If a file is too big to build in one go, email support@daytona-lab.com and we'll send it.
- Before you email people on this list, check you have their permission to market to them. The law on marketing email applies to you.
