What are the fees? What do fans pay and what do I get?

You get the full ticket price you set. Fans pay our service fee of 7% + $1 per paid ticket on top. Card processing comes out of our fee, not yours. The fan pays the price plus our fee and nothing else: there is no separate card-processing line. There are no monthly plans and no setup fees.

Free tickets

Free tickets cost you and your fans nothing. That includes free tickets you issue for a seat, import or send through the API.

In your Stripe dashboard

Fans pay straight into your own Stripe account. Each sale shows the full amount the fan paid, Stripe's card fee and our fee. Together they leave you the ticket price.

Things that change what you keep

  • Refunds. A refunded ticket price comes back out of your Stripe balance. We keep our fee on an ordinary refund. If you cancel an event, fans get the fee back once we approve the cancellation, unless the cause was outside your control, and we pay it, not you. See Refund a fan and Cancel or postpone an event.
  • Promoter commissions. Once promoter payouts are switched on, a commission you offer comes out of your ticket price at the rate you set. The fan never pays more for it.
  • Disputes. Stripe charges a dispute fee. See Chargebacks and disputes.
