When do I get paid?

Stripe pays you out on its daily schedule, usually starting about 2 business days after each sale. Your first payout can take 7 to 14 days (Stripe's figure). Stripe can also hold a reserve, so these times are not a promise.

Fans pay straight into your own Stripe account. Stripe then sends the money to your bank on its schedule. We don't hold your ticket money, so we can't release it early or hold it back.

Bank arrivalDepends on your bank

Stripe decides the schedule, so these times are typical, not promised. Stripe can:

  • hold a reserve, which can mean part of your money waits longer,
  • ask you for more information before paying out,
  • pause payouts if a bank detail is wrong.

We can't override Stripe. Our service fee is already taken out of each sale, so what reaches your Stripe account is your ticket price (less any promoter commission you offered, once promoter payouts are switched on). On a non-US card, Stripe's fee can come out higher than we estimated. We top that up from our fee, and the top-up arrives later than the sale.

Where to see it

  • Money shows Not paid out yet, On the way, Paid out, 30 days and Refunded, 30 days, and a list of payouts with dates and status.
  • Settings → Payouts shows your Schedule and bank.
  • Your Stripe dashboard has every detail. Tap Open Stripe ↗.

If your schedule is manual, you send payouts yourself from your Stripe dashboard.
