What is the service fee?
When you buy a paid ticket, you pay the ticket price the organizer set, plus a service fee of 7% + $1 per ticket.
The fee covers card processing, so there's no extra card charge. The total you see before you pay is the total you're charged.
| Price | Fee | You pay |
|---|---|---|
| $10 | $1.70 | $11.70 |
| $25 | $2.75 | $27.75 |
| $50 | $4.50 | $54.50 |
| $100 | $8.00 | $108.00 |
| Free ticket | $0.00 | $0.00 |
Where you see it
- Each ticket shows its full price first, with the ticket price and "+ fees" under it.

Free tickets

Is the fee refunded?
Not usually. The line under the total says: "Service fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled." See Can I get a refund? and The event was cancelled or moved.
