Can I get a refund?

Refunds are up to the organizer. Check the organizer's refund policy before you buy. To ask for a refund, contact the organizer.

When the organizer refunds you, you get the ticket price back to the card you paid with. The service fee isn't refunded.

When the service fee is refunded

• The organizer cancels the event. You get everything back automatically, service fee included. See The event was cancelled or moved.
• A law where you live requires the fee back. We follow the law.

How long it takes

The refund leaves right away. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days. See How long does a refund take to reach my card?

The organizer won't reply

Email support@daytona-lab.com. We can't issue the refund ourselves, but we can contact the organizer and tell you where it stands.

Tickets someone sent you

Tickets someone transferred to you can't be refunded unless the event is cancelled. If it is, the refund goes to the card of the person who paid.
