Get a receipt for my order

Your ticket email is your receipt.

Search your inbox for "You're in". The email shows:

• the event, date and venue,
• Total paid, which is the ticket price plus the service fee,
• your order number.

Lost the email?

See I can't find my confirmation email. You can ask the organizer to resend your tickets, which sends the same email again.

Need a different kind of receipt?
