Report an event or organizer

Email support@daytona-lab.com. We read every report.

Report an event if you think:

• it isn't real, or the details are false,
• it breaks the law, or is unsafe,
• someone is using another person's name, brand or photos,
• tickets are being sold in a way that seems like a scam,
• the event is online-only. We only sell tickets to in-person events.

What to include

• the link to the event page,
• what's wrong, in a few sentences,
• screenshots, if you have them,
• your order number, if you bought a ticket.

We may not be able to tell you what we did, to protect everyone's privacy.

If you've been charged

Tell us in the same email. If you think your card was used without permission, also call your bank.
