How long does a refund take to reach my card?
Your bank usually shows a refund within 5 to 10 business days of it being sent.
The refund leaves as soon as the organizer, or we, issue it. You get an email that says "Your refund for" the event, with the amount refunded. From then on, timing is up to your bank.

Always back to the card you paid with. We can't send it anywhere else.
Not there after 10 business days?
- Check the statement for the card you paid with, not a different one.
- Look for a credit with the organizer's name, the same name as the original charge.
- Call your bank and ask about a refund from that name, with the amount and date from the refund email.
