Should I dispute the charge with my bank?
Please talk to the organizer or us first. A dispute is slower than asking, and it cancels your tickets.
What happens when you dispute
- Your bank takes the money back from the organizer while it reviews the case.
- The disputed tickets stop working at the door, straight away.
- The organizer can send the bank evidence, such as your order and whether you came in.
- The bank decides. That usually takes weeks.
Try these first
| Problem | Do this |
|---|---|
| You don't recognize the charge | See What is this charge on my card statement? |
| You want a refund | Contact the organizer. Refunds are their decision. |
| The event was cancelled | You're refunded automatically. See The event was cancelled or moved. |
| Charged twice | See I was charged twice. |
| No reply from the organizer | Email support@daytona-lab.com. We'll contact them. |
When a dispute is right
If your card was used without your permission, call your bank. That's fraud, and your bank is the right place to report it.
