Sales are paused for this event
The organizer has stopped selling tickets for now. The event is still on, and tickets already sold still work.
On the event page the box office says Sales paused, with "Ticket sales are paused. The organizer has paused sales for now. Tickets come back on this page when sales resume."
What this means for you
- You already have tickets: nothing changes. Your tickets work at the door, and you can still send one to a friend.
- You want to buy: check the event page later. When the organizer resumes sales, tickets come back on that page. We don't send an alert when that happens.
- You were picking tickets when sales paused: you weren't charged. The page says "Sales for this event were just paused. You haven't been charged." If you had already reached the payment step, you can still finish.
- You're holding waitlist tickets: your hold still counts, and you can still buy them before it ends.
Why organizers pause
Usually for a short time, for example to fix a price or hold back a ticket type. If you want to know when sales come back, ask the organizer. See How do I contact the organizer?
