Where are my tickets?
Your tickets are in your email, and in our app if you were signed in when you bought.
In your email
Search for "You're in". The ticket email has, for each ticket:
- a QR code to scan at the door,
- a View ticket & QR button that opens the ticket page,
- a text code you can give at the door if images are blocked.
You don't need the app or a printout. Open the email or the ticket page on your phone at the door.
In the app
If you were signed in when you bought, open Tickets. These don't depend on the email arriving.
Tickets bought as a guest aren't linked to an account, so use the email for those.
