Why can't I see my place in line?
Because a number would be misleading. We offer returned tickets to the first person whose request fits, not strictly to whoever is next.
How it works
Say 2 tickets come back. The first person in line asked for 3, so 2 isn't enough for them. The next person who asked for 2 or fewer gets the offer.
So someone behind you can get tickets before you, and you can get tickets before someone ahead of you. A place number would go up and down for reasons you can't see.
What helps
- Ask only for the number of tickets you need. Smaller requests fit more often.
- Watch your email. When you get an offer, the usual hold is 12 hours, and the email says exactly when it ends.
If you miss a hold, your place on that waitlist ends, and you can join again at the back. See How the waitlist works.
