What isn't allowed
Promote honestly, never buy through your own link, and never spam. Breaking these rules can end your access and void commission that hasn't been paid yet.
| Don't | Why |
|---|---|
| Buy tickets through your own link, or have friends or family buy for you to earn commission | Self-purchase earns nothing and can end your access |
| Use bots, scripts or several accounts to get around ticket limits | It's against our rules and, for many events, federal law |
| Send texts or emails to people who didn't ask to hear from you | Spam laws apply to you |
| Leave fees out of a price, say there are no fees, or offer a discount or gift for using your link | Fans must see the real price |
| Make up lineups, "sold out" claims, deadlines, refund promises or reviews | Describe the event the way the organizer does |
| Take money from anyone yourself | All payment happens at checkout |
| Pretend to be the organizer, the venue or us | |
| Tell people what promoters earn, or recruit other promoters | |
| Share your link without saying you earn from it | See Telling people you earn from your link |
What happens
We may hold or void commission that hasn't been paid yet on sales we believe were fraudulent or self-purchased. Commission already paid stays yours. The organizer can remove you, and we can end your access. The only deduction from a later payment is for a refunded or disputed ticket.
