An organizer invited me. What now?
Open the link in the invite, sign in, accept the promoter terms, and you get your own link to share.
Accept the invite
- Open the invite link from the email or message the organizer sent. It works once and expires after 14 days.
- Tap Sign in or Create an account. You can accept with any account; it doesn't have to match the email the invite went to.
- Read the promoter terms and tick I have read the promoter terms and accept them.
- Tap Accept and get my link.
- Tap Open my promoter page.
The organizer will see your display name and the email address of the account you accept with.
What you'll see next
Your Promote page lists each organizer you work with and Events you can promote. An event appears once the organizer turns commission on for it.
If the invite doesn't work
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| "This invitation link does not work" | It expired, was used, or was withdrawn. Ask the organizer for a new one |
| "Not available yet" | The terms aren't published yet. Your invite isn't used up. Try the same link later |
| "You are on this organizer's team…" | Team members can't also be promoters for that organizer |
| "You already promote for this organizer." | Go to your Promote page |
