Delete my account

You can delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete my account. It happens straight away and can't be undone.

What's deleted

• Your sign-in. The address can't be used to sign in any more.
• Your name, email address and phone number, wherever we hold them.
• The organizers you follow.
• Any emails or texts we hadn't sent yet.

What's kept

Records of orders and payments. The law requires us to keep them for tax and accounting, and for as long as a payment can be disputed. Your name, email and account are replaced with a reference that can't be traced back to you.

Your tickets

Tickets you already bought still work at the door. Deleting your account isn't a refund.

If deleting doesn't work

The app tells you why. There are two cases:

• You own an organizer. Hand ownership to someone else on your team first, then delete.
• Your account is on a payment audit record. Email support@daytona-lab.com from the address on the account, and we'll finish the deletion for you.
